As a Sales Contractor and Design Coordinator, he learned firsthand how the process works from the inside: what moves it forward, and where families often get stuck. But what truly sets T apart is his ability to connect with people. He builds genuine relationships, listens deeply, and takes a personal interest in every family's story. More than a decade of sales, customer service, and management experience backs up what comes naturally to him: a sincere commitment to doing everything possible to make the dream of homeownership a reality for the people he serves.
Debra founded OHMS because she saw too many families hit walls that should never have been there, and after 30 years in real estate, construction, and public service, she had the knowledge to do something about it. As a Certified New Home Sales Specialist with deep roots in Utah's housing and development landscape, a former Layton City Council member with a 12-year focus on economic development, and the co-founder of a federally licensed investment center, Debra brings a rare combination of industry expertise, regulatory knowledge, and community commitment to every family OHMS serves. She built this company on one conviction: homeownership should be attainable for any family with that dream. She brings that mission, and the relationships to back it, to everything OHMS does.
Janel brings a rare combination of business ownership, client management, and marketing expertise to OHMS. Eight years of running her own business and managing hundreds of client relationships has taught her one thing above all: trust is earned one person at a time. Leading day-to-day operations and marketing for OHMS, Janel ensures that every client experience is consistent, responsive, and personal. Her background in business negotiations, communications, and customer relations means every family who works with OHMS has someone in their corner who genuinely listens and keeps things moving from the first conversation to the final keys.
